About the Center

Our mission at CGBS is to:

• Encourage collaboration among Smeal faculty, and between Smeal faculty and other Penn State colleges, campuses, and research centers

• Promote Smeal’s international business research and related activities to external audiences and stakeholders

• Develop research and internship opportunities for students interested in international business careers

• Support Smeal faculty seeking to integrate international business content into their courses

• Build relationships with central Pennsylvania companies engaged or interested in international business

There are many opportunities for faculty, students, alumni, businesses, and donors to get involved with the Center.

We encourage you to explore the activities of the CGBS, learn what it has to offer, and build connections with Smeal's global center.
