Make a Difference, In Person or Online

Mentor a student, share career advice, reconnect with fellow graduates, or return to campus for a signature event. Every opportunity helps strengthen the Penn State Smeal College of Business community.

Ways to Engage

• : Guide a Smeal student through career exploration and life after college as part of the year-long Mentoring Program. 

• : Share your expertise through networking events, classroom conversations, student organizations, and other professional development opportunities throughout the year.

• : Build relationships with fellow graduates through the Smeal network, connecting by shared location or business interest.

• : Meet with first- and/or second-year Commonwealth Campus students by facilitating a "Virtual Networking" session.

• : Help Smeal undergraduate students understand some of the dilemmas they may encounter in the workplace

• : Promote underrepresented and underserved Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) owned businesses to the Smeal and Penn State alumni networks and participation in the university’s procurement program.
