Chris McKeon is the Academic Records Manager for Undergraduate Education in the Smeal College of Business, where he works to make complex academic policies and processes easier to navigate for students, faculty, and staff. His work spans academic records, graduation and degree requirements, process improvement, and cross-unit collaboration throughout Smeal and Penn State. Chris has a particular interest in using data and emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency, support student success, and create better experiences for both students and colleagues.
