Khizer Mirza, Senior Procurement Agent

Khizer Mirza is a Senior Procurement Agent for Boeing Defense International Vertical Lift Supply Chain at Boeing.  Khizer Started his career at Boeing in 2017.  Throughout his time at Boeing, Khizer has supported various Boeing Defense platforms including the F-15 & F-18 Fighter Jets, AWACS, C-17, Apache, Chinook and the V22 with the support of global suppliers.  Khizer has received a bachelor's degree in supply chain and information systems from Penn State University and an active focal for Boeing’s partnership with the Penn State Center for Supply Chain Research.

Ashley Myers, Senior Manager of Capital & Government Property

Ashley Myers started working at Boeing in 2007, and has since held roles as a procurement agent, a procurement analyst supporting compliance/audit, and management roles leading teams. She’s primarily supported the defense aerospace market and has experience in the commercial aerospace and indirect supply chain.

Myers holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain and information systems at Penn State University and a master’s degree in business administration from St. Joseph’s University. She was a member of and leader of one of Boeing’s leadership development programs (2015-2018).

Tish Carney, Manager of Electrical/Mechanical Equipment Supplier Management Team

Tish Carney began her career with Boeing in 2012 as Procurement Agent supporting Boeing Defense, specifically the CH-47 Chinook and V-22 Osprey programs. In her current role her procurement team provides aftermarket spares and services support within the Boeing Global Services organization across Defense platforms.

Carney holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Widener. She is an active member of Boeing’s Leadership Association and a focal for Boeing’s partnership with the Penn State Center for Supply Chain Research.
