Rose Potts

Rose Potts has been with Boeing Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for 11 years where she has the primary responsibility for the lifecycle of employee development for the finance organization in both Philadelphia and Mesa, Arizona. In this position, she is the program manager for the Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP). BCFP is a two-year rotation program focusing on college recruits. She is also the program administrator for the level 1 & 2 and level 3 & 4 business rotation programs. Rose has a bachelor of science degree in business administration and finance from the University of Southern California (USC).
