Phil Smith

Phil Smith is a Vice President – District Manager for Kohl’s Department Stores.  He is currently responsible for 7 stores in the New York City metro area.  Phil has been in retail management for 9 years.  He spent the first two years as a Manager for Target Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia.  The next five years were spent as a Store Manager and Regional Manager for Shopko Stores and a District Manager and Territory Director for OfficeMax Stores in Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, and New Mexico.  Phil currently works for Kohl’s Department Stores where he has been for the past four years.  He has held progressive management positions including District Manager and Vice-President District Manager in the Mid-Atlantic States.  Phil has a passion for developing people, mentoring others, and delivering great results on a consistent basis.
