Joe Packowski

Joe Packowski is the Philip Morris USA district manager in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania market. In this position, he is responsible for managing over 30 sales professionals who call on and develop relationships with over 3,400 retail stores and over 40 headquarter accounts. Additionally, Packowski serves as campus manager for Philip Morris USA’s recruiting efforts at Penn State University. In this role, he is responsible for utilizing his 40+ recruiting team to identify, recruit and partner with students, faculty, and administrators across campus.

Packowski joined Philip Morris USA in 1996 as a territory sales manager in Erie, Pennsylvania, and has progressed through a number of positions. He earned an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Rochester.
