Jocelyn Moye

Jocelyn Moye graduated from Penn State in May 2005. She joined the Boeing company as part of the Business Career Foundation Program shortly after graduation and completed rotations in Accounts Receivable, Contracts, Pricing, Business Planning and Prime Planning. After finishing the program, she took final placement as a Pricing Integrator on the Chinook Program and is currently working as a contracts and pricing representative. Outside of her daily responsibilities, she works to recruit students from Penn State to join the Boeing Company and was honored with the 2009 Smeal College of Business Diversity Award. Jocelyn also enjoys supporting initiatives to make the Boeing Company a more inclusive and diverse work environment. She served on the Philadelphia Site Diversity Council and was the Philadelphia site diversity chair in 2011. She was also recognized with a  “Rising Star Award” by  Wo! men of Color in Technology in  2011.
