Kamila A. Elliott

Kamila Elliott manages a team of Retirement Advisors who facilitate the transfer of qualified contribution accounts into individual retirement accounts. Ms. Elliott began her career at Vanguard as a Communicate Associate in Institutional Participant Services gradually assuming increased responsibility for supervising and managing phone teams in various business areas. While in these roles, she has acquired knowledge in managing resource planning and staffing strategies, investment methodology, and leadership development.

In 2005, Kamila transitioned into the Business Development Group supervising staff responsible for the consolidation of assets for high net worth investors. She worked on several initiatives such as diversity leadership and FINRA compliance. Kamila is also active in the Philadelphia region serving on the board of Women against Abuse and works with the Campaign for Working Families.

Ms. Elliott holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. She also holds FINRA licenses 6, 7, 63, and 24.
