Ebony Harris

Ebony Harris is no stranger to hard work. Ebony grew up with her family in Trenton, New Jersey. Having always been career-focused, Ebony pursued her Bachelors Degree while working full-time and being a mother. She graduated from Rider University with her Bachelors in Human Resources and Management. Shortly after graduating, Ebony began her career with Target as an Executive Team Leader of Softlines, where she managed the merchandising of apparel in her store. After working for ten months, she transitioned into the position of Executive Team Leader of Human Resources, where was responsible for the training and development of the team, while maintaining a Fast, Fun and Friendly Culture. After working in this position for a year, Ebony was promoted to the position of Store Team Leader, managing a $30 Million store in Delran, New Jersey. Ebony attributes her success to her ability to drive for results while keeping a cheerful, fun atmosphere wherever she goes. Ebony loves leading a team, and developing top talent.
