Christie Drabic

Christie completed the Operations Management Leadership Program and then continued to grow her career as a Reliability Black Belt. She has also held roles as a Supplier Quality Engineering Leader and Quality Leader.

Christie Drabic graduated from Lock Haven University with a bachelor's degree in physics and natural sciences and from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. She has 8 years experience with GE Transportation. Christie completed the Operations Management Leadership Program and then continued to grow her career as a Reliability Black Belt. She has also held roles as a supplier quality engineering leader and quality leader.

Christie is currently the quality leader for propulsion. In this role, she is responsible for manufacturing quality from ISO compliance to customer satisfaction. Christie also serves as the communications leader of the Erie Hub of the GE Women’s Network. In addition, she is on the Black Belt Certification Board where she reviews projects of active Black Belts that are pursuing certification.

Christie’s interests include golfing, scrapbooking, and volunteering for Junior Achievement. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan and her dog, Bella.
