Chad Frazell

Chad Frazell is a Vice President of Human Resources for Kohl’s Department Stores. He is responsible for all college recruitment, Regional and District Manager recruitment, and Human Resources Support. Chad has spent eighteen years in retail. The first nine years in store management positions for Wal-Mart, Target, and Kohl’s. The last nine years have been in progressive Human Resources positions including, Director of Human Resources for Distribution, Director of Associate Relations for Stores, and Territory Vice President of Human Resources for the stores in the upper Mid-West. Chad serves on the Board of Visitors for the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and the Board of Executive advisors at Northern Illinois University. Chad has a passion for developing interest for careers in retail and fashion. Chad graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Business Management: Administration.
