Barbara Filler

Barbara Filler has been with Boeing Philadelphia for twelve years where she has the primary responsibility for the lifecycle of finance employee development in Philadelphia and Mesa. In this position, she is the program leader for the Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP), a two-year rotation program for college recruits. She is also the program administrator for the Level 1 through 4 Business Rotation Programs. Barbara has a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and achieved the Human Resource Professional Certification, (PHR).
