Alison Hart

Alison Hart graduated from Colorado University with Distinction Honors in 1993, Alison Hart worked in special events marketing as an independent contractor in the northeast US.  Her experience in this grassroots marketing field included managing a crew of 12 for Marlboro Bar Night promotions in Manhattan and a five-state tour with the Major League Baseball Players Association.  She also toured with the New York State Lottery and was highlighted in a video promoting how the lottery dollars contribute to schools throughout the state.

In 1997 Alison joined what was then called Philip Morris USA.  She started as a Territory Sales Manager in New York City and, through promotions, relocated several times thereafter.  Additional positions she’s held include Unit Manager, Section Operations Manager and currently Senior Account Manager.  She’s proud of winning seven Leadership Frontier Awards because they’re given by an employee-based recognition program.  Alison’s additional activities include Penn State recruiting, various company committees, and facilitating volunteer events.
