Nancy W. Adams
Nancy Adams joined the human resources function at Philip Morris USA in 1996. She is currently the manager of organization effectiveness in the Management and Organization Development Department. In her current role, Nancy is responsible for designing and facilitating processes to promote change and improve organization effectiveness within strategically targeted functions at PM USA and across the enterprise, including responsibility for diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Philip Morris, Nancy had over 12 years of experience in organization development, training, and human resources at various organizations in the non-profit, retail, automotive, and tobacco industries. Nancy holds a bachelor's of science degree in social work from Radford University and a master's degree in planning and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently resides in Midlothian, Virginia with her husband, two children, one dog, and two horses.
