Registration & Fees

Registration and fee information for the Powerful Women Paving the Way Conference hosted by the Penn State Women in Business.

The 2024 Powerful Women Paving the Way Conference will be held April 18–19. The registration fee for non-students is $179 (including fees), or individuals may purchase the professional bundle that includes 5 Professional attendee registrations for $800. The registration fee is $19.99 for University Park students and $20 for Commonwealth Campus students. This fee includes registration, meals, and a choice of various break-out sessions.

How to Register

You can register by completing online registration using the link below.  Alternatively, you can request a printable registration form and submit that (with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization) or by credit card payment.

Deadline

All registrations and payments must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, April 1, 2024. After this date, walk-in registration may be available, but is not guaranteed. A $30 processing fee will be assessed to the "Professional" registration walk-in fee only.

Confirmation

Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs.

Refunds

Requests to withdraw must be submitted for review by close of registration on April 1. Please send your written request by email to psuconferences@psu.edu. Professional registrations are eligible for a partial refund. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Student registrations are not eligible for a refund and will not be charged any administrative fees.

Substitutions

Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
