The COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and public protests for social justice-as well as a whole host of other emerging risks and threats to the environment and society-raise newfound questions about the appropriate role of law in promoting sustainable and broad-based value through business. The Symposium on The Changing Faces of Business Law and Sustainability is dedicated to exploring how business law can enable solutions to sustainability challenges that accord with the rule of law, fairness, and equity.
