Compass Consulting Diversity Audit Town Hall is noon Nov. 14
Our partnership with Compass Consulting Services, LLC has yielded results and we are excited to share them with you. We recognize there is more to do so that all people of all identities feel comfortable and safe. There needs to be more awareness around the different types of diversity and a better understanding of how systems have been operating for centuries in an inequitable manner. To act on these opportunities, we need the Smeal Community to help us create a greater experience for all our members. Please join us for a faculty, staff, and administrator town hall with Compass Consulting (via Zoom: https://psu.zoom.us/j/95958419847) to review the results, ask questions and begin to formulate our path forward from noon to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 14. You can submit questions before the meeting. Submit questions.
