Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) information for Smeal
One of the first recommendations from the Smeal Diversity Task Force, now the Smeal Diversity Council, was a college-focused diversity audit to see where Smeal as a college and community needed improvement. The first of these diversity reports was completed by Compass Consulting. The College wanted to dive deeper into how Smeal compared across our peer business schools and wanted a recommendation to move forward. That report was completed by PwC with the guidance of Smeal's Board of Visitors.
