The Office of Diversity Enhancement Programs at the Penn State Smeal College of Business provides access to a strong network of underrepresented students, faculty, and staff at one of the largest business schools in the nation. We facilitate contact between our corporate partners and underrepresented students through events, student organization programming, conferences, sponsorship opportunities, and networking. Throughout the year, Smeal student organizations host Signature Events to enhance the student experience while also helping students gain exposure to professional and academic networks.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Corporate sponsorship is vital to the success and growth of diversity initiatives at Smeal. In building partnerships with leading organizations, the Office of Diversity Enhancement Programs is able to provide underrepresented students with valuable networking and professional development opportunities that guide them toward future success.

There are a number of benefits available to our corporate sponsors including company recognition in Smeal diversity marketing materials and events, opportunities to present at our programs, and access to talented diversity scholars and leaders for internships or full-time placement within your organization. Companies can either choose to sponsor individual events or a package of events.

The programs and scholarships offered through the Office of Diversity Enhancement Programs are available by the generous support of our donors. Donations will go to professional development programming, emergency scholarships, books and support for the students our office represents.
