With over 30 years of supply chain experience and leadership, Ron Volans is currently the Head of the North America pharmaceutical distribution and customer service for Johnson & Johnson. He is responsible for over $30B in revenue, an operational budget of over $120M+, 3 distribution sites, and leads a team of over 150 employees supporting sales in over 90 countries. He has had supply chain experiences in plan, source, make and deliver within medical devices, consumer products as well as pharmaceuticals. Past experiences include manufacturing oversight of over 15 external mfg sites, customer leadership of over 300 customers in consumer and pharmaceuticals, integration leadership in over 80+ countries for a global pharmaceutical acquisition, supplier management, transformation and change management. He is married, has 3 daughters, lives in Pennsylvania, and enjoys running, basketball and spending time with his family at the beach.
