Salvador Gala

Salvador Gala currently leads the Global Sourcing Excellence Team within Procurement at McCormick. He is in charge of the procurement of over $1B of direct and indirect categories, sustainability efforts, data analytics and insights along with supplier development. 

Previously at Mars. Inc, he held several procurement and supply chain management responsibilities for the Americas region as well as global including an interim Americas VP of Procurement role. Before moving to the US, earlier in his career in Venezuela he served as Manufacturing Director at Goodyear.

Salvador holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineer from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela and a MBA from Penn State University. Salvador has been married to his wife Janet for over 27 years and together they have three children.
