2025 REIT Stock Pitch Competition

The 2025 Smeal REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) Stock Pitch Competition is an opportunity for undergraduate students to showcase their ideas and understanding of real estate in a 3-minute stock pitch format.

Important Competition Dates and Deadlines:

Register for the competition by January 24th by 5:00 p.m.
Preliminary Round materials need to be submitted by February 3 by 5:00 p.m.
Final Round presentations will be made to panel of industry experts on February 10.
