Sherise serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for HPE Operations. In this pivotal role, she spearheads innovative people strategies aimed at fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce. Her strategic focus encompasses accelerating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive culture, alongside leading transformations that propel business growth.   

Joining HP (now HPE) in 1997, Sherise began her career in Finance before transitioning to Human Resources to lead the University Recruiting Program for the Finance organization. Throughout the past two decades, she has been instrumental in driving organizational transformations and implementing impactful strategies in talent management, employee engagement and experience, leadership coaching, and inclusion and diversity. Sherise is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a role in which she passionately applies her problem-solving skills to help others discover their strengths and maximize their potential. This commitment reflects her daily mission to enhance the quality of life for her colleagues, both within and outside the workplace. 

Sherise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management (’93) and a Master of Business Administration degree (’97) from Pennsylvania State University. She is a sustaining member of the Twelve Days of Christmas, Inc., a nonprofit charitable organization focused on positively impacting the lives of the underserved within their communities. Her leadership and dedication to community service have been recognized through her role as past Vice Chair of the National Board of the Twelve Days of Christmas, Inc., as well as past Vice President of the Houston chapter.

Residing in Houston, Texas, Sherise cherishes time playing superheroes with her 7-year-old son, Alexander, and is an active parent volunteer in his Cub Scouts Pack and school activities, highlighting the importance she places on balancing professional excellence with family life.
