With nearly a decade of experience in commerce strategy, performance marketing, and leadership, Lindsey Grillot has built a reputation for successfully scaling revenue, cultivating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and building top-tier teams.Her professional background spans companies of all stages, from Series A to Fortune 100.

As Director of Commerce at Ziff Davis, a prominent digital media and internet company, she oversees the Commerce revenue stream for several esteemed global publishing sites including PCMag, Mashable, Lifehacker, and AskMen.

Lindsey is a prominent figure in the affiliate marketing industry, often speaking on panels at events nationwide, and has been recognized nationally for her achievements.

Before joining Ziff Davis, Lindsey was the third New York office hire at Honey, a high-growth startup that was acquired by PayPal in 2020 for $4 billion, the largest tech exit in Los Angeles history. Lindsey drove revenue growth for the company pre- and post-acquisition, establishing and growing new business across the U.S. and Canadian markets, while leading the sales team through stages of rapid growth.

Lindsey has worked with hundreds of prominent brands throughout her career, including notable household names like Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Sephora, Lowe’s, Best Buy, and Macy’s.

Beyond her professional roles, she has participated in esteemed programs such as PayPal’s prestigious Emerging Leaders Program, offered annually to fewer than 200 of PayPal’s 25,000+ employees, Morning Brew’s Business Accelerator Program, and formerly served as the Global Business Lead and New York Chapter Lead for PayPal’s Veterans Employee Resource Group.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lindsey is committed to mentoring and coaching aspiring professionals. As an Alumni Mentor with Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, she provides guidance and support to students and recent graduates transitioning to the workforce. Lindsey also serves on the Leadership Board for the Smeal Club of New York and the inaugural ‘Learning at Morning Brew’ Board of Advisors.
