Jennifer is the President of LeaderShiftInsights® Inc. and a C-level executive coach. She works with senior leaders and organizations dealing with disruptive change who want to increase their capacity to adapt so they can emerge stronger and more effective faster. Jennifer is an international consultant, coach and best-selling author with a passion for creating alignment and organizational resilience. She is a masterful facilitator known for creating shared agendas and unraveling tough issues that hinder results at both the board and senior management levels.

With a unique ability to align diverse stakeholders and global experience in consulting and corporate roles, Jennifer’s integrated approach to creating alignment develops leaders at all levels while enabling the learning and productive dialog required to create shared agendas. She is the creator of RapidOD, a collaborative fast approach to organization restructuring, highly charged workshops on Resilience, Influence and Driving Sustainable Change, and a pragmatic approach to engaging boards and management in Strategic Planning.

With nearly 30 years of executive coaching experience in over half the 50 states, 11 countries and nearly a quarter of the Fortune 500, Jennifer is known for repositioning personal brands, shifting behaviors and increasing senior leader’s ability to drive performance. Her book, Resilience: It’s Not About Bouncing Back is an international best seller.

Jennifer is a former Partner with Cambridge Leadership Group, Vice-President, Leadership Development & Learning for Bank of America and has held several other senior roles at AutoZone and Coca-Cola Enterprises. She has designed and executed large-scale initiatives including strategy execution, merger integration, enterprise restructuring, talent management, and systems integration. Her kitchen English approach and proprietary research backed solutions resonate equally well from the shop floor to facilitating complex high stakes meetings with C-Level Executives. She is a Strategic Partner with University of Georgia Executive Education and an Advanced Practitioner in Adaptive Leadership at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

Jennifer's service to Smeal began in 1992 when she served as a student representative to the Smeal College Alumni Society Board. After her graduation in 1994, she returned as a volunteer for several years until becoming elected to the board. While on the board, Jennifer Chaired the Mentoring, Membership, and Faculty Relations Committees, along with a task force to revise the bylaws. She is largely responsible for bringing mentoring to undergraduates. Jennifer served 12 years as a board member and was then elected President and served 2 more terms before stepping off the board. In recent years, Jennifer has been a frequent guest speaker in Management 355, has reviewed applications to the Sapphire Leadership Academic Program and participated as a student business case coach.
