Frederik Wenzel joined the Schuetz Group in 2008 as President and became President and CEO for the Americas region in 2012.
Prior to Schuetz, Frederik held several senior positions in industrial manufacturing. Notably, he was Senior Vice President for Siemens Water Technologies running the global Chemical Feed and Disinfection business from 2004-2008. From 2002 to 2004 he served as General Manager of the Materials and Minerals business of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Additionally, he held senior positions for German based manufacturers Bauer Compressors and Weidmuller as CFO and CIO.
Frederik graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1991 with a degree in Management and received his Master of Business from The College of William and Mary in 1998. He currently resides in New Providence, NJ with his wife Sonja and son Cristopher.
He received the Outstanding Young Professional Award from Smeal in 2001 and currently serves as the inaugural Chair of the advisory board for the Tarriff Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility. He is passionate about bringing real life business situations into the classroom to build the next generation of ethical leaders.
