The 205 Behavioral Lab will be running both remote and in person studies during the fall 2021 semester. The lab offers extra course credit to students who participate in research studies conducted by Smeal faculty and graduate students. All eligible courses will have specific directions in their course information and will receive Canvas notifications. Announcements about the research studies will be sent in Canvas as they become available. All in person studies will be required to follow safety protocols, which will be explained in the study announcements.

The Laboratory for Economics, Management and Auctions (LEMA) is a laboratory environment designed to simulate business activities such as auctions, markets, and negotiations. Penn State students can sign up to participate in our experiments. You will earn money for participation and gain a valuable learning opportunity. The decisions you make in the simulations impact the amount of money you make. Studies are conducted both in-person and online. The LEMA lab is available to undergraduate, graduate students, and faculty throughout the campus to conduct original experimental economics research.
